my tray has a lid. Bought this because of the size. Very easy to use and gets the job done. It can't be helped because it's for the ink pad, but it would be perfect if the height was a little lower. I plan to purchase additional. Thank you for the good product.

I have the 24 slot unit and the 6 slot topper--two sets of each. They were so easy to assemble and they don't take up much room. For now, they sit on a table up against a wall, but will be easy to hang on the wall in the future. Follow the directions carefully and everything snaps into place in 5 mins. for the big units. I like that I didn't have to paint them or use any tools. Working with this seller has been a very pleasant experience. My questions were answered quickly and completely. Even though Amazon ran out of one of the products I wanted, this seller worked with me to get the parts I needed directly from the factory. If I need more ink storage units in the future, I will buy from this company again. I know some people said they wished the units had room for color labels, but I prefer to put the labels on the side of my ink pads so I can easily change their locations as more colors are released. You can easily Google and find color charts that can be printed and cut to the side needed.
