FLAT Chain Necklace

Whilst the necklace looks beautiful in the pictures, it is in fact very thin and flimsy and is likely to break quite easily, which isn’t suitable for me. I’ve made contact with customer service to return the item as per the guidance and 3 times now I’ve been asked if I want to purchase something else rather than my request being listened to and dealt with. Not a good customer experience.

Seems a little fragile but still pretty… a bit longer than what I had imagined. Hope it stays in tact.

Very beautiful, found the necklace small and tight around the neck.
