Owning and operating this “little” 10 ton splitter has convinced me that 30 ton or more log splitters are a waste of money and storage space. Generally, I don’t bring home logs much larger than 16” - 18” anyway. Crotches, knots, and forks when fed into this unit using common sense of corse, don’t cause me any problems. After 5 years and several coords of fire-wood I’m very satisfied with this “little” log splitter. I should like to thank Boss for there prompt and knowledgeable responses to my inquiries… and Steve, you’re the man!
