Great experience with customer service. I had a couple issues with my orders and they were immediately taken care of (in a manner that actually surpassed my expectations). The products are extremely high quality. The packing is very careful and detailed. Absolutely wonderful company. I'm hoping to come back to this review later with video. Size and pattern of the zigzag backboard are great, especially for food photography! Pattern is realistic.
