Dog Bowls + Stone Base

not quite perfect

I wish the base didn't have the "water gutter" and pre-cut circles on it. I assume those are to hold the dog bowls in place and that the water gutter is for bigger spills but our 20lb terrier doesn't slosh water out of the bowl she just drips water off of her wet beard. Because the precut circles are centered on the base you have a lot of base material above the bowls where she never drips and if you slide the bowls up higher it kind of looks stupid since the bowls are in the precut depressions of the base. So we flip our base upside down and then slide the bowls up higher so we get a bigger amount of base surface area to catch the drips from her beard. But it doesn't seem like the bottom of the base is as absorbent as the regular correct side up but oh well, just wish you had the option to buy a blank flat base.

I love Dorai Home products so I decided to try this dog bowl set. The bowls are very nice and I love the stone base because it dries quickly if my dogs splash a bit after drinking. Please note the size as it requires a fairly large space.

Perfect little set

My dog instantly loved this bowl set and no more water issues wahoo
