I ordered a lot of letters for my great grandkids to add to the beam in one of our bedrooms. They all got here except one letter. I wrote to Unicorn and they immediately sent out the missing letter. It came in time before our family reunion! Couldn't have asked for a more helpful response.

Wooden Letter

We ordered the letters as they appeared online. One of the letters we ordered arrived as a different animal/color. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement and they informed me that they could not do that-- the incorrect animal we received was all they had (even though the website showed that the animal letter we wanted was in stock). Additionally, we paid an international shipping customs fee but the letters were shipped from the USA. Suggestion-- call the company before you place your order to confirm that they have the exact product you are seeking. Also-- question the customs fee!
