Product great, shipping a challenge

I love the product, the shipping is at work in progress. First, the product showed up warm after sitting on a FedEx truck all day waiting to be delivered. While it wasn’t spoiled, it was not the same as fresh. It had a much shorter shelf life and tasted so so but remedy was great and replaced the order. The second time the order showed up cold, but one of the gel packs had broken open and this gel like stuff was all over everything and was kind of disgusting. I didn’t notice it until I had put away most of the bottles and it was all over my refrigerator and my other groceries and I had to clean everything out. I’ll still continue to buy as I love the product and I don’t think either of these things was remedies’s fault though maybe they could change the gel packs and talk with FedEx about not leaving chilled boxes on the truck from 7:30 in the morning till 3:30 in the afternoon when it’s 105 out side
