Good Product, Poor Communication

The carts are always great, but receiving my package was extremely frustrating. The company did not inform me that I needed to coordinate with the shipper, so my product sat for a week, until i contacted Diamond Tool Store. They then told me it was my responsibility to receive the goods i purchased form them. This was my third order of the same parts, and I did not have to do this either of the prior two purchases. TLDR: Good product, poor communication.
