Miss needs to get used to wearing it, but it looks like a quality product! Good customer service, I received prompt replies every time I wrote to Balto! Only thing to improve is delivery in Canada, as it's not available at the moment and I had to have the product delivered to friends in the USA and pay postage again.

Unfortunately the splint has a gap in between where the to straps are and it doesn't support his leg where he was injured so the vet said not to use it. And reading their return policy they make it basically impossible to even request a return. I might as well of thrown $100 out the window.
