HORN HOOP CUFF EARRING

I love love love the products. They arrived fast and seem to be great quality, plus they're cute and I get complimented all the time. I am however a little disappointed for other reasons. I ordered this item when I had meant to order the actual earring (my mistake, of course). No problem, I could just return this one and buy the one I wanted since the return policy states that "Pierced earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons" and this is not a piercing, it's a cuff (and the item description literally says "No piercing needed). However, it is marked as ineligible for return, and I was told the same by the support email. Kinda disappointing :/
