Great Quality, But Run Small

Really good quality kneepads. Absolutely saved my knees during a routine where I was doing a lot of drops and floorwork, and was able to grip in the pole in my outside leg hang with no difficulty or sliding. They do unfortunately run small even if you measure your legs so definitely would recommend sizing up, and because they are grippy it is difficult to do knee hook-based spins on static as the pads stick to the pole.
