My overall experience was very good. My disappointment firstly was not being able to speak with someone personally before buying. I called and was told by someone that they would forward my request to someone. If your car is out of commission and you need a part, time is essential. There are many companies that offer an aftermarket charge pipe to solve the problem. I had questions for ARM to help me make that choice. I did choose your product and was very pleased with the quality. However, I could not find an installation guide for the AWD on your website. It is a very tricky installation. The placement of the silicone connector and angle of the T clamps were the issue. I did not want the clamps to contact any surrounding parts when accelerating and the engine would twist on the motor mounts. I was not sure what angle or height to mount the flexible connector. With some trial and error I came up with a position I thought would be workable and safe. This information would be very helpful for anyone with the AWD model. That being said I am very pleased with your charge pipe and glad I chose it. I hope my comments help your company to inform customers who need to install this fine product.
