Item not as pictured

After several failed attempts with other power adapters purchased from amazon vendors, I found the power adapter that was needed with ChargerBuy - their website showed the exact image with correct description of the adapter needed, which is the sole reason why I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. However, when I received the item, it was not the item as pictured on their website. I contacted the company, found out there are no free returns, and shipping is not refundable. Super disappointed.
