Cool Cabana came through!
We had an issue with the wrong pattern of a cabana being delivered and within a few days, the problem was rectified! We decided to keep the cabana, even though it was different than we ordered. Even though we made that choice this amazing company sent us a gift card to apologize for the mistake. We used the gift card to purchase another cabana because it’s such a phenomenal product! This company is a glowing example of a wonderful product and wonderful Customer Service! Thank you so much!

Gift card provided can’t be used
My cool cabana too broke. It was 1 year and 5 weeks which is out of warranty. Warranty is only 1 year. I was provided a $50 gift card which does not even allow me to buy any accessary
