Amazing customer service!

I ordered 2 candles on December 9th and they were supposed to arrive on the 13th. They got to me on the 16th and I wasn't upset because it's the holiday season and shipping companies are crazy busy. However upon opening the package I realized one was broken, and being a Christmas present I was a bit stressed. I messaged the customer service department to ask if anything could be done, they responded almost immediately, and had a replacement candle shipping by the next day. It arrived with more than enough time for Christmas and I'm so thankful! Also very nice scents paired with the hilarious names. 10/10 recommend!
