Ultimate Allergy + Bed Bug + Comfort Mattress Protector

Good quality for a fair price.. My 3 year old still has accidents at times in bed or spills from his sippy (we co sleep safely!) and has kept my mattress dry and clean. I am unsure of temperature regulation on this product but I do feel it is breathable as far as sweating etc.. I have never noticed any odor and I find it simple but takes a little time to put on my mattress (I am pretty petite and a single mom so I do it by myself) all in all I recommend and especially from this company:)
