Rubber Strap needs to be longer for a larger diameter bottle.

I haven't really used this yet as I will have to find and buy a rather small diameter bottle that the strap will go around without fear of breaking it. Once I find a good bottle I'm sure it will do just fine. With winter here, it's the off season, once warmer weather returns I'll find a bottle that works.
