I am enjoying cooking with the pans I bought. One question, washing my infinity pan does not give me a shiny finish. Is there something I need to do to get the stainless steel brighter after I wash it?

I purchased the chef's pan for my family (so 3 of them) for Christmas presents. That should say enough. . . I have the cook set (with the Chef's pan included in the set) and love the pan. The only downside with my own Chef's pan is the color - the orange enamel has streaks of black from the gas flame on it. Is there a way to take this off? I also scorched the daylights out of the small pan that came in that set (my fault not yours) and I had to throw that pan out. I should have reached out to see if there was a way to save it, but having had it exposed to really high heat, I was not sure if the nonstick coating was ok to use again (there WAS something in the pan but burned). I replaced that pot, but in that case too the outside color enamel got black streaks on it. I would love to know how to clean those black streaks. Thanks!
