Quality Control Issues

I had to send back one of the gloves that I purchased to be repaired before I had even used them because it didn't work and then wait for it to come back so I wasn't able to use them last winter. This winter I went to use the gloves and the same glove that they repaired last year is not working again. I reached out to Customer Service and was just told to ship the glove back (at my expense) to have it repaired and once again, I will be without a working pair of gloves and since the same glove is having the same issue, this seems to be a quality control issue and the gloves should be replaced. I was not given that option. I'm not thrilled with how they are taking accountability for their product.

This is my 2nd pair I have had. I love the frostie because they heat really well on both sides of the hand. They last for years and hold up well in all conditions
