Incomplete message

I thought my message included "Your Wife, Angie" at the end but it did not print on the wallet. Also, I made a typo on the message - I would think that any "human" would have read "My is life complete with you." and thought I don't think she meant that... let's call and ask before we print! But maybe it wasn't a "human" it was probably AI! So my fault on that but why did my entire message not print?
