Replacement planks

Needed to replace 3 planks due to squirrel damage. Originally purchased from qvc sometime ago. Went to their website and discovered they are still selling them. Got your address and ordered gen 1 as the current model being sold at qvc had different support, figured that was gen 2. Well figured wrong. The gen 1 was too long. Spoke with a polite gentleman who offered several options to us. We elected not to return the planks. Switching several planks around we were able to make things fit, however I am a little concerned and will only allow one person on each bench which will work for us. However, suggest the benches have something to indicate what generation the bench is. Thank you.

Replacement parts

One of the boards on the back of our bench was broken after being struck by something. The replacement board was available through Convert A Bench at a very reasonable price and was delivered quickly. We're very happy with our bench and the customer service. Thank you, Phil,
