The Customer Service Representative was very efficient. Im sorry I don't remember his name. I received two Left Legs and I needed a right leg and made my experience painless. I love my bench. Greatest thing invented.

Love these benches!

I’ve had my benches for several years and am amazed at how durable they are. My young grandchildren took one into “the woods” by my house to watch for Big Foot. The bench spent the winter in the forest and was missing the hinge pegs, but cleaned up beautifully. I ordered new parts from the company, which were sent quickly. Kudos to this company for quality and customer service!
