The Tassel Leather Crossbody Bag

Beautiful bag but damaged

I love the bag, the colour and size are exactly right. Unfortunately the trim round the bottom the bag was faulty but my complaint was dealt with in a courteous and pleasant manner. Today a postie turned up with a return label and off my lovely bag went. I look forward to its replacement. I can' t fault the speed with which Apatchy have dealt with this . Top marks !

Great bag for the price point. Colour is perfect and the size is good.
