Ice Cream Salt - Fine Texture | For Old Fashioned Homemade Ice Cream

Surprised by the size

Being “fine” ice cream salt. I was curious how it would work compared to thick salt or “ice cream salt”. I just made a batch of Vanilla without this product. And it took longer for the ice cream to freeze. I will need to get another bag. For the batches I made with the “Fine” salt froze very quickly. I like how the ration. For salt/ice is placed on the packet viably!

Bought the 4qt and it's perfect for a small family, the only thing upon opening one of the salt pack burst I guess during transit so lost some salt .. Received in a timely manner ( quick shipping)..
