My wife works for an animal shelter and I try to keep this stocked for her and her team when I can. They love the stuff and it works wonders for them. Hands down one of the best purchases we make.

After ten years of working in a food service industry that required a majority of the time spent in freezing temperatures and repetitive hand washing, my hands are wrecked on a permanent level, even years after no longer being in that position. They consistently crack to the point of bleeding and are painful enough it makes me flinch when I wash my hands (doesn’t stop me from washing them though, I’m not gross). I have tried every hand salve, lotion, cream, etc that I could find, but 1740’s salve is the only one that has ever provided any actual relief and has actually healed them for the most part. There is still irreversible damage, but the overall difference is night and day, where literally (yes, actually literally) no other product has ever made any difference.
