REALLY high waist & runs small

I loved the *possibility* of this jumpsuit, but the medium runs small (I wear an 8 in other jumpsuits) and the waist is REALLY high (and I am quite short-waisted). The inseam is also too short for someone taller than 5'7" or so, though there'd be enough fabric to let the pants out some. Also quite irritating: I ordered a jumpsuit and they sent a dress, so it took ages to actually get a jumpsuit to try. Now there are no larges available to try.
