Working on rehabilitation of my right shoulder. These bands have been an unbelievable help. They are super comfortable and give me several resistance profiles to help with my exercises. There is zero skin burn or pulling any body hair when using them. These are a game changer for my rehab.

Bands to make you dance

I've owned the rubber resistance bands and some have snapped throughout the years of use and abuse. I've read that these ones do not. Been using them for a couple months now and so far so good. They look cool with the stitching and can be washed.
