Awesome! I use the pearl powders for my bait making process. (Thanks to Chris Jones, haha) I had a small bag of a powder that was missing in my last shipment, told them about it, sent some pictures and they fixed it immediately. This has been my fourth or fifth purchase from them and I gotta tell ya best product and customer service i have experienced in a long time. I will continue to buy product from them until i stop making baits or the close shop!
