I wish I could give a positive review because we love Slugs & Bugs music but I am not a fan of Slugs & Bugs customer service. My product was due to arrive two weeks ago, customer service is not responding to my email, zero tracking updates have been offered. Very disappointed and although I'm hopeful for a refund, I'm not sure I will hear back from them.
