Fantastic customer service and products

I placed an order online and then had an email saying a product was out of stock. What i was so impressed with was the email was actually from a person and not computer generated, the email, from Ashleigh, apologised (again unheard of with most customer services these days), and offering various options to sort my order. This was dealt with quickly and again with an apology. The revised order arrived with a little freebie (who doesn't love a freebie!) and a written note. I am hugely impressed with the level of service and the products (saddle pad and matching boots) are of the highest quality we have come to expect and appreciate from Uhlan.

I absolutely love the raspberry airflow saddle pad because not only is it padded by the withers for my pony’s comfort its also a meshy material so he doesn’t sweat like crazy if I do a long hack or out doing cross country on a warm day and not to mention how gorgeous the colour is he looks so smart it in. Would 100% by another!
