Fell apart after one wear. Ive been wearing demonias for years and most of my shoes last for AT LEAST 4-5 years but this one literally fell to pieces after one night. I'm so disappointed. The entire circle/chain ripped out of the shoe leaving a large hole right at the top. Please buy another model for better quality

Shoe arrived with broken hardware

My platforms arrived with some of the decorative hardware broken. I reached out to customer support to notify them of this and they offered to send a replacement piece, but said that it wasn’t even in stock currently and I would have to wait for it to arrive to them and THEN also be shipped to me. I replied I wasn’t interested -I was going to wear these soon, that a small discount on the shoes or some other solution would be preferable since I didn’t want to create unnecessary waste from all the extra packaging and shipping. Since then it has been radio silence. The shoes fit ok I’m just disappointed in that whole deal
