Handle broken when received

With removing wagon from, Unfolding, and started push handle assembly, I noticed handle was broken off. How do I get replaced?

Good wagon just wrong color that I ordered.

I would order it again but I had a problem. I ordered a BLACK wagon and the order was received Monday February 6th it came the end of that week on Friday. The package was label as a PURPLE wagon not BLACK. I message them that day said they will send me the right color of material I ordered and get it shipped out right away. Well it’s now February 21 and I still haven’t seen the black material that was to be shipped as the replacement to the Purple.

My folding wagon got totalled two weeks ago. I am an elderly handicapped woman who grew very used to using my little wagon. I used it to haul laundry to the laundry room, bringing in groceries from the car. Toting things to my car when going away to watch my grand daughter for the weekend. I relied on it for everything! Two weeks ago the rear wheel broke off, The solder weld gave out. I asked a number of people they would drop a bead of solder to reattach the wheel. One man tried to help all to no avail. I did a search and found the Whitsunday site. I found a new wagon that looked even more sturdy and more durable than my older one. I needed is quickly and the website said it would arrive 3-5 days. I hit BUY IT and was SO excited about it's pending arrival. They sent me an email with a tracking #. For 6 days it showed NO action except that a label had been printed. Finally on day 7 it shipped. I am not sure why it sat for a week before it shipped. This is why I gave four stars and not five. A note letting me that it was delayed would have been great. I love the wagon it is built very well and moves like a dream. I wish it had gotten here in the time stated, but I really like it. I got the Bubble Pattern and everyone comments on how pretty it is!
