Nice combination
I have been using the light coverage for years & wanted to try the full coverage. This combination gave me a chance to try it. I did not like the little pad that came with the full coverage. I used a brush I had from another product that worked much better.
Although I feel the full coverage sits in my lines more it does give additional coverage

I’m still making adjustments. 55yrs old / combo skin / medium olive complexion.
First of all, both can look drying if you haven’t used a good moisturizer or serum underneath so I make sure to heavily moisturize before applying.
Second, I’m still figuring out the best applicator to use. The heavier coverage works great with the sponge applicator that comes with it. I don’t feel that you get great coverage with the soft brush for either product even though I love the soft brush for something.
Third, I was pleasantly surprised at how nicely the color blends & matches a wide variety of skin tones. It seems to be more flexible in color matching than regular foundation.
I am liking the products though & think I’ll like them more once I adjust & figure out what works for my routines.

Fair balance and brighten and twice baked foundation
I discovered that "fair" is better choice for me than the "light" I was using. Also, the the double baked moderately applied is a major help for evening out my complexion. The "light" balance and brighten seems to have solidified, that is, using the kabuki brush wasn't allowing me to pick up much of the foundation. Is that normal?
