Yet another broken candle

Despite excellent packaging and also very good customer service, when I opened the candle it was broken in half. Ughhh. Not sure where the issue is. Photo on request

Best Scent Ever

I have bought 3 keepsake candles so far and this one (tioga woods) is my favorite! (still love the others, though). UBB can't go wrong with these. I usually don't like buying candles because I don't have a good way to repurpose the empty container, but UBB has solved that problem!

One of my go-tos.

Tioga Woods is among my top favorites out of a sizable collection of woodsy candles. It is a fresh and lovely scent that always brightens me up a bit. While I miss the classic UBB vibes of the old packaging, I'm looking forward to making good use of the keepsake vessel.
