14g, Titanium ASTM F136, Threadless Labret Post Big Back 4mm (Bottom Only)

I purchased the 14 g, Titanium ASTM F136, Threadless Labret Post Big Back 4 mm (Bottom Only) 5/16" (8mm). The opening in the posts was too small for my earrings to fit into as 2 previous purchases of 16g and 18g from Amazon also did not fit. I had messaged the seller of my earrings up front and they had told me since the earrings were 18 g that 18g flat-posts would fit them so that's when I started ordering the different gauge flat-backs starting with18g and 16g from Amazon, and, luckily, was able to return them. It was hard to find 14g and that's when I found your company. Ricardo helped me to determine that the size I purchased (based on the pictures and measurements I sent him) would possibly fit if he sent me your steel posts, but that I would have to pay shipping and also have to cut my earrings. I didn't have any problem with the shipping costs, but figured, at this point, I should contact the seller of the earrings again just to be sure. A different person must have responded from Etsy this time, as they told me that the earrings I purchased were standard earrings intended to be worn ONLY with butterfly/friction backs, and that they could not recommend an "inner tube gauge" flat-back size for them. I wish I had known this in the beginning to avoid all of this, but "you live and learn". Speaking of learning, I now know that my next purchase will be to find earrings that either come with flat- backs or can be worn with flat-backs, especially this particular pair that I was unable to return. Needless to say, I would like to thank Ricardo Orozco again for his patience and assistance in this matter, and also to let his superiors know that he is a superb employee; helpful, understanding, and professional.
