Personalized 1989-1996 Arkansas State License Plate

Love the plates. The USCG CPO is perfect. With the MOVE OVER plate, I forgot to request that the E's and the R be reversed so that a person in front of me would see MOVE OVER in his rear view mirror. My mistake and if its possible, I would like to purchase another plate with the E's and R reversed. Thanks!
