Eurita Clay Roaster, 7.2 Quarts

This is my 3rd clay roaster. I believe this roaster is defective. I have cooked 2 meals in it and it doesn't perform like the previous roasters that I have. How can I get this roaster exchanged for another one?

We bought this roaster as our old clay roaster broke ( Rmertopf). It was also smaller. We like the size, like that is easier to clean, and find that it is easier to move because of the lip on the bottom. We made some stew and it worked really well. We are looking forward to many fine meals from the roaster.
