Sizing is completely off I made sure I measured my dog and followed the sizing guidelines and item is big enough to fit a stuffed toy plus the item was received in a clear plastic bag with no information and cannot be returned… Very disappointed…

I don't usually write reviews, but I was so blown away by the level of care and customer service that I received from the owner Maria. I ordered this vest so our fur baby to be a part of our wedding and when it arrived, it was far too small. I originally ordered a large - Please not a XXL fit my 35 lb pup perfectly in the end. I was frantic thinking there was no way the right size vest would make it in time. To my shock and amazement, when I reached out to customer service, the owner responded recognizing the importance of our special day. She not only made sure the new vest got here on time, but kept me updated along the way. This seriously is the best customer service experience I have ever had. The vest itself is super high quality and something I look forward to seeing our pup wear at future holidays and formal events. He seemed to love it too as he was relaxed and comfortable the whole day. 12 out 10, will certainly shop here again!
