Update: I was reached by customer support just for them to tell me that I cannot do any returns bc I used a coupon. After telling me how I cannot do a return bc I used a coupon/sale, did not even aknowledged the fact that “SIZING IS NOT TRUE TO SIZE”, upon not providing a solution they proceeded to say “ what item are you trying to return?” After they literally used the first few lines of the email to tell me on how I CANNOT RETURN ITEMS DUE TO SALE/COUPON. MY FIRST time purchasing from this company and I am so upset at myself! I had been going back and forth in ordering for the last few months and finally when I decide to make my purchase…. This happens. —— I received my order yesterday and the leggings do run small. I could not even try them on. I have tried contacting the company to return items and no contact has been made.
