I needed a set for the family as the kids love talking on them. Just what you need at a low cost and still get great range. If you have kids this is the set to get.

We use these to keep track of our 10 (almost 11) year old within the neighborhood while playing or on a bike ride. She won't have a cellphone for a couple more years, so these are a great option. Simple, not complicated features are a plus for me. We haven't figured out the weather status capability on these yet. The walkie-talkies are clear and transmit well. Shipping was too high. . . $20 is too much, but I purchased anyway.
