Great product, and phenomenal service

I am very pleased with the Heilala Vanilla bean paste. It has been wonderful to find a family owned vanilla company that cares about it's product and customers. I have made several dishes thus far and find that this vanilla has worked well in my ice cream, custards, breads, and more to come!

Double fold is the way to go

Sure you can say its pricey, but if you are like me and you want to measure with your heart. This Vanilla bean paste will deliver on that measuring and then some. Everyone who eats it will say that they never knew vanilla could be more than a plain Jane. They will be surprised at its star player role, and you really only need half of the average recipe amount called for, but go on give it a try and see if you are not in love with it yourself. I bake a lot for Senior citizens and some who are alone, they think it reminds them of things their mothers and grandmothers baked. Thank you for a great product and a responsible company.
