Mesh Reel Bag review
These things are fantastic. Purchased 2 large size and one medium. Took 3 outfits out in a 22’ flat bottom skiff fitted with these mesh reel bags on a recent trip on the Pamlico. Laid the 3 rigged outfits in the floor board during transport to the boat ramp. Did just fine protecting my 3 Lamson reels . I had a Speedster 3.5 HD , Speedster 4, and a Litespeed 3.5 as my reels of use for the trip. Mesh reel bags fit the reels just fine, and fit in the vertical fly rod holders in the boat while we ran to various fishing spots. Nice to not worry about your reels getting dinged and clinked together. Another wonderful feature is being able to rinse your reels off with the bags on the outfits. Water is able to penetrate to the reel and dry because of the mesh design. Definitely will buy a few more of these. Performed great out on the water.
