Fits very small

Well built but fits very small. Poor customer service… CS hasn’t replied other than their auto-reply bot with a link to return or exchange. I measure 41” at the base of sternum (as size guide directs) and the Medium states it fits 40-42”. When I tried it on I can’t take a full breath with the bottom clip attached. Overpriced as well.
