Very disappointed

I was so excited about these glasses, large capacity and so cute! But unfortunately, they two after just one week of use. I went to go return them but unfortunately the “ No Hassle Return Policy. If you don't like it or want it, we'll take it back, no questions asked!” return policy is quite the opposite. They do NOT provide any prepaid return labels, so you have to pay for the shipping yourself. I went to UPS and FedEx in attempts to send them back and they quoted me at $44 and $61, respectively – that’s more than cost of the glasses!! I also wanted to return a set of mugs I purchased because they were much too small and had planned on buying a larger size but received the same quote for shipping. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and business practices and will not be shopping here ever again.
