We love this hose caddy! Very sturdy, well built and so easy to manage heavy duty, long length hoses. The Company stands by its products with a great customer service team whom they empower to resolve customer issues. We received a package with missing parts, which was clearly disappointing. We called customer service, and worked with their team who took immediate action to remedy the situation. We received a replacement package, complete with ALL parts; That’s great service!
