Regenerative White Whole Wheat Flour

WOW!

This flour is like baking with white flour. It’s hard to believe it’s whole wheat—but I ground it myself! The doughs turn out so soft. My husband loves my bread, rolls & pastries now.

Immediately upon receiving the Regenerative White Whole Wheat flour, I baked chocolate chip cookies for my neighbor boys. Using my proven recipe, they held their shape better and were even better tasting. It is nice to improve on what is already considered really good. The only thing I changed is the flour. I will be ordering more to keep up with the demand of 5 young boys. The added bonus for me is supporting a family run business.

My new bread flour

I am so pleased with baking results using the White Whole Wheat in my sourdough bread. I’ve used an organic unbleached bread flour from another source for years, but this is my new bread flour. The protein content is high enough to qualify as bread flour.
