Regenerative White Whole Wheat Flour

The regenerative white whole wheat flour can be used in any recipe in place of AP flour. I haven't noticed any difference. I use a 50/50 combination of the regenerative white whole wheat flour with my own milled einkorn when baking cakes, and a mixture of the white whole wheat flour and milled Rouge de Bordeaux when baking bread. So far, it's been good. I'm going to try making pie crust using the whole wheat white flour this week but feel confident it will make a good pie crust. My family is quite picky about pie crust., so I guess we'll see how it goes.

Excellent Flour!

I had a hard time believing people when they said that this flour could be used like all-purpose flour - but I was so wrong! I do like to mill the wheat berries myself in my Mockmill 200 Professional, but from now on I will keep this flour on hand for times I don’t want to wake up my household or decide to do something on a whim. It is EXCELLENT!

Wonderful Flour

I love what this company is doing and realize it takes a lot of work to grow and mill healthy wheat grown in a responsible manner. What I also love is the flour. It bakes up very well and I've been extremely pleased with its performance. Bravo, Living Sky Grains!
