Regenerative White Whole Wheat Flour

Great Product!

This was my first purchase of milled flour. I wanted to see if my husband would eat bread made with it so I could proceed to buy a mill and then wheat berries. It was a great success and I've since ordered wheat berries from Living Sky Grains!

I was looking for an alternative to the traditional popular organic bread flour because it is not a whole wheat option. I’ve been sprouting and grinding my own flour, using Living Sky Grains wheat berries, but the bread was denser than I prefer. I was excited to learn that this flour was fresh-milled and vacuum sealed and a whole wheat option to use in conjunction with my own flour for bread.

WOW!

This flour is like baking with white flour. It’s hard to believe it’s whole wheat—but I ground it myself! The doughs turn out so soft. My husband loves my bread, rolls & pastries now.
