Gives firm support but the material is scratchy and the advert said it came with 2 metal splints which was why I chose it, but only 1 was included.

Fantastic Wrist Support

Being able to use it on either wrist is a great bonus. Its quality is top notch and so easy to use. Very happy with the pain relief from its overnight support.
