Great razor but probably received a returned box.

I don't understand why so many people said this razor is aggressive—feels smooth and efficient. Awesome look and design. High level craftsmanship and great shave. Excellent for beard sculpting—very easy to get exact trim lines. Awesome. Great service as usual from Maggard Razors, which is my go to saving supply resource, however, I think I received a razor that was previously returned. The inside of the box was crumpled like someone pulled the razor out before me and the directions packet was wrinkled as well. The razor was in great shape though which is the main thing for me although it needed a wipedown. Hope you get a new one.
