We are a month into using it, it was not hard to put together, easily adjustable and our cat likes the scratch posts and the bowl at the top.

Better Than Advertised (HUGE)

My two cats, one who is mainly indoor while the other is only indoor, ADORE this tree. Ever since the night we bought it our Tucker has been sleeping in the bowl and hammock STRICTLY. Such a sturdy tree with the clamps but I had to construct it a little different than the diagram with how big is was vs my room. Happy to say it worked out FANTASTIC with the easy to work with tools, cannot be any more happy.
