Ember Espresso

Beautiful. He’s right - it’s a perfectly smooth, comforting, and sweet shot of espresso. I was experimenting with a good number of heavy fruity coffees and anaerobics that leaned on the acidic side. Got tired of it, and wanted a perfectly smooth, sweet, and well rounded classic shot of espresso that still retained some fruit notes. Happy to say - this is it.
